The Portland Winter Ice Rink and Woodsy Winter Village was the dream of Prosper Portland’s Office of Events and Film.

Prosper Portland is working with Ice-America to build and operate the rink and enlisted local event producer Vida en Color to help the vision come to life.

The rink and village will add to the vibrancy of the Central City during the 2024 holiday season.
